Claire Haley

Haley is COO and Head of Production at SERENADE, overseeing the operations of the company as well as a slate of both Documentary and Fiction features and series. She previously was the Head of Production for the Department of Motion Pictures. Her career has spanned 20 years, 34 projects, and her experience has been built upon working nearly every job in the production department, working her way up from a PA to a Producer. Along the way, she has made films for companies ranging from NETFLIX to Spike Lee’s company 40 ACRES & A MULE. Claire’s producing credits include 32 SOUNDS, which was shortlisted for the Oscar for best documentary feature, The Ross Brothers’ GASOLINE RAINBOW, which premiered at the 2023 Venice Film Festival, COIN HEIST (NETFLIX), and, most recently, Sam Green’s THE OLDEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, which premiered at Sundance 2026 to incredible reviews and awards buzz. Claire lives on the Cajun Bayou and has a deep passion for the representation of South Louisiana Arts and Culture.
