Our consulting is always tailored to the specific needs of the project or organization. Depending on the moment and mandate, this can include guidance on creative development and rough cuts, pitch decks and fundraising strategy, financing structures, production planning, awards strategy, digital advertising, and other materials essential to moving a project or company forward.
We also work with financiers and organizations on strategic planning, including evaluating slates, assessing creative and commercial viability, and identifying projects aligned with their goals and values.
When helpful, we offer concrete, production-facing support—building shoot schedules, budgets, and production plans to ensure creative ambition is matched with practical execution.
Engagements range from single hourly sessions to multi-day intensives and longer-term retainers, allowing us to meet collaborators where they are and scale our involvement as needed.
