Olivia West Lloyd is an independent filmmaker based in New York. She has worked in a variety of production and post production roles over ten years in the industry, with credits including Josephine Decker’s MADELINE’S MADELINE (Sundance 2018) and SHIRLEY (Sundance 2020), as well as Sarah Daggar-Nickson’s A VIGILANTE (SXSW 2018), Kent Jones’ DIANE (Tribeca 2018) and Lucio Castro’s AFTER THIS DEATH (Berlin 2025). From 2018 – 2020, she served as the head of production for Borscht Corp, a non-profit film and art collective in Miami, Florida, where she shepherded several dozen short films from development through post production and produced a raucous five day film festival. In 2023, her debut feature film as a writer and director, SOMEWHERE QUIET, starring Jennifer Kim, Kentucker Audley and Marin Ireland, premiered in competition at Tribeca Film Festival and was distributed by Vertical, where it went on to reach the number 5 spot on Hulu. Since 2024, she has worked with the Department of Motion Pictures as a creative and production executive.
